Liberal Councillor Paul Holmes has been taking a leading role in bringing into completion the use of the Cornish language for inscriptions on a war memorial for the first time.
The picture below show Paul Holmes in his robe as a member of the Cornish Gorsedd at the dedication of the memorial at Pencoys with Carmenellis parish on 4th October 2009. Memorial panels are also illustrated.
Paul would be pleased to hear from those who would like to know more about the general revival of interest in the Cornish language.
